We began hosting clients' sites only after failing to obtain reliable, responsive service from other providers. We do not attempt to compete on price, but focus instead on the quality of the hosting experience.
Please note that we host our clients' sites on Unix servers, for a stable, trouble-free environment.

Our content manager allows easy update updating, with only minimal knowledge of html.
- Events Calendars
We offer two types of calendars.
- For large organizations, we have a pictorial calendar, with expanded information fields, self-submission function and capacity to track multiple group events independent of each other.
- Smaller groups can choose our text-based calendar; its self-submission function allows any authorized person to update events, while the side administrator retains publishing rights.
- Streaming audio/streaming video support
- Secure Socket Layer (SSL), for secure transmissions
- Threaded e-mail discussions
We also offer specialized tools, such as an Online Time Tracking system and an Online Change Order system.

Support
Sites are hosted at a secure location on servers close to the Internet backbone. We have chosen a provider with a track record of over 98 percent "uptime." Your site is automatically backed up at the end of every day so if data is lost for any reason, it can quickly be recaptured. A current version of all sites are maintained locally.
SERVICE TERMS
Don Adair agrees to provide and Customer agrees to receive services according to the following terms and conditions:
- SERVICES PROVIDED. Don Adair will provide technical services in a workmanlike manner in accordance with standard industry practices utilizing as necessary Don Adair communication, network, and data-processing facilities. Customer will provide Don Adair means to identify Customer personnel authorized to use services included in this contract.
- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. Don Adair maintains appropriate equipment and personnel to provide premium services, however CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF ANY SERVICE IS AT CUSTOMER'S SOLE RISK. SERVICE IS WARRANTED TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 1 ABOVE, BUT IS PROVIDED WITHOUT ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Don Adair AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES THAT ANY SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR ENDORSEMENTS WITH REGARD TO ANY MATERIAL, MERCHANDISE, INFORMATION, OR SERVICE PROVIDED THROUGH THE INTERNET.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. NEITHER Don Adair NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES OR INFORMATION PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF SERVICE, LOSS OF DATA, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, COMPUTER VIRUS DAMAGE, LOSS OF INCOME, OR ANY DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM CUSTOMER'S RELIANCE ON Don Adair SERVICE. CUSTOMER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM WHATSOEVER IS IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
- LAWFUL USE. Don Adair service may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any U.S. or State regulation is prohibited. Customer warrants that any material submitted for publication through Customer's Internet account does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, or proprietary rights of others, nor shall it contain any material legally judged to be obscene, threatening, libelous, or classified by the U.S. government. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Don Adair from any claims resulting from Customer's use of the service. Don Adair reserves the right to monitor, and to control access and content as necessary to operate its system or comply with applicable law.
- HARMFUL USE. Customer shall not transmit any information that contains a virus or other harmful components, or use Internet service in any way that restricts or interferes with others' use and enjoyment of the Don Adair system or the Internet. Transmission of unsolicited commercial e-mail (spam) is expressly prohibited. Any attempted unauthorized access or interference with the normal system operation of Don Adair or interference with any computer system accessed via Don Adair service will result in immediate termination of Customer's service without refund.
- PAYMENT. Customer agrees to pay Don Adair charges for services as indicated elsewhere. Don Adair may make reasonable efforts to contact Customer if payment is not received when due, however Customer acknowledges that service can be terminated without notice in the event of non-payment.
- OWNERSHIP. Customer retains ownership of all site content, including graphics, scripting, and text, unless otherwise indicated in writing. In the event that the Web site is transferred to another hosting service, proprietary scripts may be transferred only with the written permission of Don Adair.
